1. Data Forms.The data provided by the customers on different forms installed in our website will not be the object of processing of any type, except the essential to guarantee the correct operation of the service or the purchased product.
    Therefore, the data of the computer where the request of our service has been made and the personal information of the customer will be used exclusively to verify the veracity of the request made.
    
2.  Access statistics. Andina Real records the access data on web page related to the visitors. These data are for internal management of the company in order to determine the statistical impact of search engines.The IP address, operating system and other data are not linked to any personal data.
    
3. Data cession.Andina Real does not sell, comercialize, rent, give or divulge any data of the customers, suppliers and distrubutors. To make this possible, all menbers of the company are subject to a legal Confidentiality contract, that legally prevents them to contact, manage, publish, transfer and commercialize, not only the information they had access during their time working in the company, but that the contract was extended until 5 years after cessation of work in the company including the absolute reservation of  the customer list of the company.
    
4. Cookies. Andina Real does not compile user profiles, or consumption habits on the base of information collected on our website. Andina Real does not use cookies in our website.
    
5. SPAM. Andina Real does not send neither SPAM or e-mail does not required by the customer. Even Though there is a e-mail distribution list of our company, the membership require the conformity of the user. Andina Real will not send any advertisement and services, not even from our company or any other company. The only information, different to the services contrated, that the customer can receive from our company will be about changes on the rates or terms of service. This information, will be send digitall signed .
    
6. Digital signature. Andina Real has the capability to send and receive encrypted mails and digitally signed.At the customer's request, all mail will be sent this way.
